Celebrating God's Faithfulness
One year serving with One Mission Society (OMS) Mexico, one new Embarker, three more years of Mexican residency, one amazing work team, one huge event, and one big God!

One New Embarker
Amelia, another mid-term missionary, arrived in early May and settled in well. She calls me her Mexico big sister! Her time here has gone by quickly; she heads back to the USA this weekend.

Three More Years of Residency!
Praise the Lord! He granted favor at immigration last month and allowed the amazing lawyer we work with to secure my temporary residency in Mexico for another three years.

One Amazing Work Team
We hosted a Men for Missions construction team in Mexico City in May. Among a variety of beneficial tasks, they replaced a majority of the lights (bulbs and fixtures) in our seminary/office building (which includes guest apartments). We now have LED lights that are good quality and more energy efficient. This team was a blessing in our everyday interactions, as well. I'm so grateful part of my job/ministry is helping host kind and encouraging people like these guys!

Visiting ancient aqueducts, enjoying tacos from the tianguis (traveling market) across the street from the seminary, and ending the team's week by kayaking down part of Xochimilco
One Huge Event
Since early this year, our Satura Mexico team has been laboring, training, praying, and planning for evangelism efforts as millions of visitors come to Mexico for the World Cup, starting this week. Please pray for the team to see salvation and fruit from their labors, and pray for me and the other OMS Mexico missionaries as we find ways to encourage and join this unique ministry opportunity!

One Big God
As always, the Lord provides all I need for each day, no matter what happens! He gives good gifts, and I'm thankful he continues sustaining my ministry/life in Mexico. Thank you, as well, for your partnership in the Great Commission with me!
